Everybody there were professional, reassuring, friendly & efficient. No hiccups at all. Got results in time-frame promised by phone & was told then an estimate of when the email would be sent. Email came through during the time promised & I was able to look forward to my flight to join my loved ones for the holiday's!!! Thank you everyone at the Somer's location!
